Franklin County (Virginia) Community Health Assessments show that in 2021, 22.3% of adults reported poor or fair health, and by 2024, residents experienced approximately four physically unhealthy days per month. 27% of people on Medicare were affected by kidney disease.

Nearly 6% of the households had no motor vehicle, and 8% of people in the central part of the county had no motor vehicle.

 

We are committed to addressing these challenges and continually working to enhance the well-being and quality of life for all Franklin County residents. To that end, our focus on non-emergency transportation will fill an important gap for people in Franklin County, Virginia.
